"Having been born in South Africa, I relocated to the UK in 2019, settling in the picturesque Cotswolds, where I now reside with my amazing husband and three beautiful young daughters. While my early years were filled with horseback riding, swimming, and cherishing the beach life of my native country, my passions have since evolved to embrace the beauty of the English countryside through invigorating walks amidst its stunning landscapes.
Fifteen years ago, I had the life-changing chance to meet and become close friends with the world renowned Jenni Rivett, the former personal trainer to Princess Diana. This friendship has set me on an extraordinary path in the fitness world. Under Jenni's expert guidance, I was lucky enough to be trained in her ground breaking 'Train Like a Woman' method, a revolutionary approach tailored specifically for women's bodies. Through this intensive mentorship, I have gain valuable insight into the crucial importance of health and nutrition, as well as the principles of exercise, such as executing perfect form and technique.
Alongside my commitment to fitness, I've always had a keen interest in food, cooking, healthy eating, and promoting a balanced lifestyle. Embracing the 80/20 philosophy, I believe in keeping a disciplined approach most of the time, while still allowing room for treats and enjoyment with family and friends, as life is too short not to indulge in the occasional piece of cake.
Driven by my strong commitment to health and wellness, I pursued further studies in the fields of Nutrigenetics and Epigenetics. I'm particularly interested in supplementation, especially the remarkable benefits of Amino Acids. Working as a health coach, my expertise has grown to include helping countless women across the globe deal with the challenges of premenopausal and menopausal symptoms.
